Not a medical device

LaptopNeck is wellness software. It estimates posture from a webcam in your browser. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for a clinician, physical therapist, or ergonomist. If you have pain, numbness, or an existing neck or back injury, talk to a professional before using posture cues as training.

What you get

During early access, monitoring, history, coaching, and settings are free on this device. Optional sign-in is only for score sync and attaching feedback. Paid plans are not collected yet. When they arrive, we will say so in the app before charging.

Your responsibilities

• You control the camera. Stop monitoring whenever you want.
• Do not use LaptopNeck while driving or in any situation where looking at the screen is unsafe.
• You are responsible for who can see your screen while the camera preview is on.

Accounts and referrals

Sign-in is optional. Referral bonuses require a signed-in account with Local-only off so the other person can be credited. We may refuse or reverse bonuses that look automated or self-referred.

As-is

Detection is a best-effort estimate from a laptop webcam. Lighting, glasses, extra people, and odd camera angles will fool it. The software is provided as-is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which in this build is zero.
